TrainWorthy

Where the build stands

The rest of this site describes the product as designed. This page says which parts of it a customer can use today, which are being built, and which come after that.

Live today

  • Every AuditWorthy room, the needs-you inbox, evidence packs, the auditor's view, corrections with history, edition-aware clauses
  • TrainWorthy end to end: courses, three-stage mastery, qualifications, badges and PINs, your own courses, giving a course to a person or to a position, spaced review
  • ResourceWorthy from parts and purchasing through jobs, machines, stock, quotes, orders, shipments, invoices, bills, the ledger and period figures
  • Customer and supplier payments, and bank deposits and payouts, each posted to the ledger, with a chart of accounts
  • A register of capital assets, with corrections that keep the history, straight-line depreciation posted to the ledger, and recording a sale or scrapping
  • Changing the words or a picture inside a PDF you did not make, then downloading it
  • An AI consultant you can ask for practical next steps, running on your own AI key
  • Sign-up with size bands, the team directory, the free tier

In progress

  • Answers grounded in the licensed text of a standard, which stay switched off until a license with the publisher is signed
  • QuickBooks hand-off: a books file you can download is built; connecting your own QuickBooks company is not open to customers yet
  • AS9100 for aerospace suppliers: the first parts are built, and the rest is scheduled next
  • Label design: a part tag you can lay out is built; other kinds of label are not
  • Capital assets: posting what an asset cost to your accounts
  • The "flag for review" door on the registers that do not have it yet
  • A plain-language pass over every screen for first-time readers

Next

  • Customer and supplier portals, and the answer library
  • Narrated and video courses, instructor-led modes, SCORM export
  • Scheduling on one calendar
  • Bring-your-own storage

How we work

Every screen is judged by whether a first-time reader could use it without being told. Everything under Live today is something a customer can open and check. Items under In progress and Next are not finished, and this page does not say when they will be.
