The employer certifies. We give you the record that shows you did.
Federal rules put the responsibility on the employer: for forklifts, the employer must certify that each operator was trained and evaluated, and re-evaluate at least every three years. TrainWorthy keeps the four things an inspector asks for on every record: who was trained, in what, when, and who judged it. For powered industrial trucks, the employer certifies its own operators.
